Customer Success Manager

Job description

As a Customer Success Manager you partner closely with the Sales Directors to create the best possible value and ongoing return for our Customers. You will be the key point of contact for campaign related questions.

Core responsibilities

  • Be fully responsible for deploying and optimizing all campaigns attached to your accounts
  • Track and measure campaign performance and report outcomes to Customer 
  • Actively identify commercial opportunities to support Account renewal and expansion
  • Keep up to date with developments in MySocialDatabase technology and apply for all campaigns

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years Online Marketing / Advertising agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
